Richard E. Rench
Richard E. "Dick" Rench, Museum Curator, has served 7 years as an Ohio State Trooper, 10 years as a member of the Ohio House of Representatives.
He was also elected to the Board of Directors of the National Rifle Association (NRA) and is currently serving as a member of the board of the Ohio Water Development Authority, having been appointed by Ohio Governor George V. Voinovich.

Dick started collecting Military vehicles with his sons Tom and Steve. Currently the Museum has over 60 pieces of Military History from an M-60 Tank to a Vietnam Era Cobra Attack Helicopter.
